7. Account Deletion for Non-Attendance
Users further acknowledge and agree that if their child has not attended rehabilitation sessions for a consecutive period of three months, R&R Occupational Therapy & Paediatric Rehabilitation Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to delete the user account associated with the child. This policy is implemented to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information within the Application.
8. Notification of Impending Deletion
Prior to the deletion of an account due to non-attendance, R&R Occupational Therapy & Paediatric Rehabilitation Sdn. Bhd. may, at its discretion, attempt to notify the user through the contact information provided during registration. However, R&R Occupational Therapy & Paediatric Rehabilitation Sdn. Bhd. is not obligated to provide such notifications, and users are solely responsible for ensuring that their contact information is up-to-date.
