"Clear explanation of Ayden's progress report & good discussion with the teachers. The session allowed the parents and teachers to set expectations and explore how to improve Ayden's progress. Good first impression and keep it up. Constructive feedback: (1) to change the word "Fail" to other synonyms ie poor or areas of improvement. This is an indicator of motivation for all parties. (2) to include the remarks upon discussion and share the MoM after the meeting. (3) to include a dashboard for Ayden's progress in the next meeting."

"Glen has been improved a lot in terms of : a) Self-management - He has no issue with sleeping time. Normally go to bed at 8pm - Managed to clean the kitchenwares after usages by himself. - Able to speak 2-4 words whenever he is asking for something. Eg, " I want daddy phone". - He can eat fried chicken wing for the first time."

"Since sending Declan to this centre, we observed he has been improving, in the area: 1. Requesting what he want, in the simple word. example milk, he will say milk. Previously when he wanted something, he is not saying any words. 2. Toilet training improved. 3. Can understand instructions 4. Can interact but still need to improve 5. He can read and understand words and sentences Overall, Declan still need to progress in the area of: 1. Verbal and 2-way communications 2. Focus 3. Writing 4. Eating behaviour since he is a picky eater"
